Blanche Mulkey Shelton, 90, of Rossville, Ga. went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 19, 2009 in a local health care facility.
A native and lifelong resident of Walker County, Mrs. Shelton was a member of Victory Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Shelton, parents, Fred B. & Bennie Windham Mulkey, brothers, Wayne, Fred, Frank, & Claude Mulkey, and sisters, Louise Tudor, Freda Iquinto, & Mollie Mulkey.
Burial will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 – 8 p.m. and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, Rossville.[1][2]
