WWI Draft Registration Card, Serial No. 1046, Order No. 979. John Franklin Mullikin listed his birth date as 01 Nov 1878.

John Franklin and sister Ethel Mullikin produced a lovechild, Leroy Edgar Mullikin, in 1903. John was married at the time to Mary Catherine, but Ethel was not married.^[1]
