I'm not sure that her parents were ever married. To date, I have found no marriage records for a marriage. Also, her name at birth/maiden name was Mullins on all documents that I've found so far. Hall was the name of her second husband.

If her birth / maiden name was Mullins, this is the same surname as her mother. She might have been born out of wedlock. Her LNAB should be changed to Mullins. Hall is a married surname.

I have changed her LNAB to unknown at this time. In my analysis of documents, it can not be determined conclusively whether her name was Mullins (possibly out of wedlock) or Webb. My father-in-law, who was her grandson believed Levi and Marinda were married, but I have no documentation to prove or disprove this right now. In all of the documents that I have in my possession and have seen, some recently acquired, there are discrepancies about whether or not she was married to Webb. Between census data and those documents and personal knowledge from those who actually knew her, I don't think any conclusions can be drawn at this time. We can change the LNAB once there is actual proof one way or the other. Thank you for drawing my attention to the fact that I had her maiden name listed as Hall. That was an oversight on my part that needed to be corrected. :-)

Fair enough. Good decision, considering everything.

Mullins-2228 and Hall-70201 appear to represent the same person because: These are clear duplicates.
