Biography

Effie Mullins was born on 08 June 1915 in Climax, Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [1] She was the daughter of Taylor Mullins and Fannie Baker. She married William Albert Anglin on 19 February 1931 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [2] [3] She passed away on 07 December 2003 in Berea, Madison County, Kentucky. She was interred in Madison County Memorial Gardens, Terrill, Madison County, Kentucky. [1]
