In the 1850 census for Bedford, Tennessee,^[1] in the Thomas R. & Frances (Cobb) Mullins family, we see an entry for Frances Mullins, age 40. It is not known at this time, if the 40 year old Frances is the Mother Frances (Cobb) Mulins born 1790 and this is a typo on the date, or if this is a daughter who is still living in the household. The exact birth date of Frances Cobb (mother) is not yet known. Until some record can be found of the existence of this Francis, it should be assumed that she might or might not have existed.
