Champ was born in 1824. He was the son of Spencer Mullins and Mary King. He passed away in 1898.^{[1] [2]}

Mother Mary would have been age 46 and 49, so don't think these two belong as children, they are more likely to belong as grandchildren or with one of the other "Champ" Mullins from the area.
