Noah was a son of William and Nancy Quinn Mullis who are found in the 1850 Pulaski Co. Ga. census. In William's probate of 1861 his wife Nancy is named and two sons, Noah and Jesse. William was a son of John "Jackson" Mullis b. 1760-65 d. Dec. 1831 and named in his probate record filed in Union Co. NC in 1848, and wife Rachel Brewer Mullis.
