Julia was born about 1827^[1] or 1832^[2]

1860: Julia & John Freeman lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan with 5 children: Francis(13), George(10), Rosa(7), Alice(4), Mary(1) ^[2]

Julia died on 14 Oct 1869 in Pine Grove, Michigan.^[1][3]

Research Notes

Thomas and Rose Moraria are listed as parents on her death certificate. She is usually listed as being born in Ireland, but also New York on some records, of special note, the 1860 census where she was alive to speak for herself. Her maiden name has several spelling variations: Mulvaney^[4], Mulvany^[5], Mulrancy^[6], and Malowey^[7]
