Biography

Merlian Muncy grew up in Pike County, Kentucky. After growing up, Merlian served in the military in the branch of the Army. After serving in the military, Merlian came back to Pike County, where he married and then moved to Columbus, Ohio. Merlian came back to Martin County, Kentucky, in 1976 and remained there, working in the coal mines until he retired after developing Parkinsons Disease. Merlian passed away in 2003. ^[1]
