Biography

John Munday was the son of Nicholas Munday/Mundy and Hopestill/Hepsibah Hull. He was probably born in Piscataway, New Jersey.[1][2]

The surname is spelled various ways including Mundy and Munday. The birth of several of his siblings is recorded in the Piscataway Town records transcribed in First settlers of ye plantations of Piscataway, by Orra Eugene Monnette, Vol. 2, p. 240. [3] John is listed in his father's will, proved in 1743.[4][5][6]

John Munday died in 1774, after he wrote his will on 14 Mar 1774 and before the will was proved on 2 Dec 1774.[7][8]
