Research Notes

The Halifax County Marriages - 1753 - 1800 show they married 2 Feb 1789, but two of his attributed children are Elizabeth Munday 1791–1850 (m. Tarlton Morton 1787–1850) and Nancy Munday 1793–1851 (m. Willie Brooks 1792–1864), so perhaps there is a first wife since 1810 census shows a female of at least 16 years. Another possibility is that the Harrison of Person County is not the same as the one from Halifax, although the circumstantial evidence is strong that they are one and the same.
