Francis Osborne Beatty Patch later named changed to Mundy was born on 25 July 1872, his father, Rev James Patch was 32 and his mother, Susan, was 29. Francis's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1872 in the Kings Norton district.[1]
His father changed their surname by Deed Poll on 22 Nov 1888. He married Elizabeth Mary Pedrick on 13 June 1900 in Manitoba, Canada. They had four children in 10 years. He died on 15 September 1955 in Ponoka, Alberta, Canada, at the age of 83.
In 1888 the family name was changed from Patch to Mundy.
Francis lived with his parents and siblings in Cornwood, Devon, England in 1891.
He married Elizabeth Pedrick in 1900 in Wallace, Manitoba, Canada. They had 3 children.
