Lipka (Russian: Липка Муниц) lived in Indra[1], Piedrujas region of Latvia at the start of WWII.
Lipka's Nazi concentration camp registration documents recorded the names of his parents as Ruvin Munitz and Matla Munitz nee Fuchs. Lipka occupations were a baker and a locksmith. His place of birth is stated as being Kelavo. It's likely that he was actually born in shtetl Kreslavka, which now town Kraslava in Latvia.
In December of 1939 he donated 3 Lats to the war efforts. His name was mentioned in a newspaper article[1].
Prior to WWII Lipka lived at 3 Visvalzha street (LV: Visvalža 3) in Riga. He was single and had no children.
