Robert (Munro) Munro Fifth Baronet of Foulis-Obsdale is a member of Clan Munro.

Sir Robert Munro of Foulis, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir John Munro of Foulis, 4th Bt. and Agnes Mackenzie.
He married Jean Forbes, daughter of John Forbes, 2nd of Culloden and Anne Dunbar, circa 1684.1 He died on 11 September 1729.
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ross-shire between 1697 and 1701.
He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Munro [N.S., 1634] circa 29 September 1697.1
He held the office of Sheriff of Ross and Cromarty in 1725.
