Lucy Munroe married Isaac N. Bonney on June 23, 1839, in Abbot, Maine[2][3][4][5] She divorced him on the grounds of adultery in 1855, at which time they only had one living child, Albina A. Bonney, aged eight years.[2][6] In 1874, she was living in Boston, Massachusetts.[7]
She died on April 22, 1874, in Boston, Massachusetts.[8] She was to be buried in Groveland, Massachusetts.[9]
