Biography

Lucy Munroe was born at Livermore, Maine (then in Massachusetts) on 2 Nov 1814, the daughter of Abel Monroe and Martha (Bixby) Munroe.^[1]

Lucy Munroe married Isaac N. Bonney on June 23, 1839, in Abbot, Maine^[2][3][4][5] She divorced him on the grounds of adultery in 1855, at which time they only had one living child, Albina A. Bonney, aged eight years.^[2][6] In 1874, she was living in Boston, Massachusetts.^[7]

She died on April 22, 1874, in Boston, Massachusetts.^[8] She was to be buried in Groveland, Massachusetts.^[9]
