Biography

Birth

Richard was born in about 1773. He was baptised on the 21st June 1773 in Soham, Cambridge, England.[1] [2] He is the son of Langman Murphet and Margaret Tebit

Marriage

He married Elizabeth Hayhoe on the 15th June 1799 in the Parish Church in Soham, Cambridgeshire, England.[3]

Residence & Employment

In the 1941 census, Richard (Age 65) an agricultural labourer is was living with his wife Elizabeth Hayhoe and three children (Charlotte, David and Ann) at 18 Brook Dam in Soham, Cambridgeshire England.[4] In the 1951 census Richard (Age 78) is shown as an agricultural labourer living at the same address with their son David and his wife Elizabeth.[5]

Death

Richard died n 1853. The death was registered in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire, England.[6]
