Biography

John was baptized on 26 April 1829; he was probably born shortly before that date. He was the son of Thomas and Mary Murnane.[1]

He may have immigrated to the United States with his brother Thomas; if so, he is likely the "John Murman" found working as a laborer in St Albans, Vermont in 1850.[2] What became of him after 1850 is unknown.
