Biography

Clarence Eddie Murph was born September 10, 1900 in Cass County, Texas to father J D Murph and mother Minnie Mae Stephenson.[1]

E Clorence Murph was enumerated as son of the head of household at Atlanta, Cass County, Texas for the April 18, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1901 in Texas and single. He was a farm laborer as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Minnie Murph, son Willie Murph, son Audie Murph and son Freddie Murph.[2]

Clarance Murph was enumerated as son of the head of household at Huffines and Bivins Road, Justice Precinct 5, Cass County, Texas for the February 5, United States Census, 1920. He was noted as born 1901 in Texas and single. He was a laborer on a farm as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head May Murph, son Arthur Murph, son Oudie Murph, son Fredie Murph and mother Mattie Stevenson.[3]
