Biography
Mary was born in 1898. She is the daughter of Benjamin Murphy and Anna McDermott. The 1900 census shows the family living in Kansas City, Wyandotte, Kansas. Mary's father was working as a clerk for a railroad freight office.[1] Mary is buried in Mt Calvary Cemetery, Topeka, Shawnee, Kansas.
In 1920 Mary Agnes and Charles Hoover were living in St Roscoe, St Clair, Missouri, where her father Benjamin Murphy and his wife Anna were living at the time.
