Eleanor (Murphy) Kelly was a centenarian, living to age 101.

Biography

Eleanor was born and grew up in Woodstock, Illinois, the second child of banker John J. Murphy and Elizabeth Donnelly Murphy.^[1] Eleanor Murphy attended school in Woodstock.

She married J. Nelson Kelly^[2] and raised their family in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where her husband was superintendent of schools.^[3][4][5] The family grew to include five children.^[6][7][8]

After her husband died, she lived with her daughters Eleanor and Evelyn Kelly in Minneapolis, Minnesota.^[9] She passed away in Minneapolis at the age of 101.^[10] She is buried with her husband in Calvary Cemetery, Grand Forks, North Dakota.^[11]
