Tom Murray is a part of US Black heritage.

Tom Lea Murray was born to George Lea and Mathilda McGreggor Murray on 20 Sep 1833 in Caswell County, North Carolina.

Was married in 1865

In 1870, Thomas Murray age 37 was living in Melville, Alamance, North Carolina.^[1]

In 1880, Thos Muray, age 47 was living in Lauderdale, Tennessee whare he was working as a Black Smith. He was living with his wife and four of there children.^[2]

In 1900, Thomas Murray, age 65 was living in Lauderdale, Tennessee. Was living with his wife, daughter and grandaughter.^[3]
