Biography

John was the son of William Muscott and Joane, daughter of William Walter of Beeby, county Leicester, England.[1]

Family

He married Alice Beaufew, daughter and heir of Christopher Beaufew of Hitchin, county Herts.[1] Richard Muscott[1][2]They were the parents of:

Alice Osborn, wife of Maurice Osborn gent., and sometime wife of John Muscote, late of Barton Yerles gent and sole executrix of his will

To be buried in Earl's Barton church where the said Muscote desired his will desired to be buried.
My daughters Brigett, Grace, Bettrys, Cecill Bernerd, Anne Mulsoo, Mary Cornifer, Dorothee.
My son William
My late husband's leases of Pettsoo pastures and Haldenby land and Barton patronage.
