Biography

Frances Meyer of Wilmot (age 22, daughter of Michael Meyer and Maria Schoonmaker) married Daniel Eby of Waterloo (age 22, son of Isaac Eby and Verena Shoemaker) on 18 Mar 1862 in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. ^[1] They lived on a farm near Macton, Wellesley Twp, Waterloo, ^[2] and were the parents of three children :

1. Emma Zalena m. August Israel ^[2]
2. Theophilus, d. young ^[2]
3. Effa Zilpha m. Charles Meyer (miller) of Meaford, Ontario ^[2]

Research Notes

Original unsourced version of profile gave her name as Veronica. Unclear whether this was entered in error when the profile was created, whether Frances was an anglicised form of Veronica, or whether Frances has been mistaken for a sister named Veronica. Further research needed to clarify.
