Biography
Franklin was born about 1852. He died in 1865.
Franklin served during the Civil War with Company H, 31st Indiana Infantry. He resided at Courtland and mustered in on 9/24/1864. He died at GH #14, Nashville, Tennessee from chronic diarrhea.
