Biography
Edgar and his sister Josephine were born to Mary Myers, after the death of her husband Alexander. The BDM birth records for both of them leave the father's name blank. The death records for both give the name Alexander as the father. One genealogy website says Alexander's brother Abraham is their father but it provides no evidence to support this. Birth or death certificates may provide more information.
