Biography
Richard Monier Myers was born August 7, 1923 in Verona, Allegheny County, the son of Grace Monier Myers and Thomas Kamerer Myers. (1) In 1930 the family was living in Verona, Pennsylvania(2) and in 1940 they had moved to Prospect, Butler County, Pennsylvania. (3) He served in the United States Navy from March 3, 1943 until,February 6, 1946. (4) He died on November 16, 2015 and is buried in Montlawn Memorial Cemetary, Raleigh, North Carolina (5)
