Biography
Leah Brackstone was born in 1799 in Longparish, Hampshire, England to Joseph Brackstone and Jane (People) Brackstone. She was christened in Longparish.[1]
Leah Brackstone, spinster, married Daniel Young, bachelor, on 6 Feb 1823 in Upper Clatford, Hampshire.[2][3]
Leah's husband Daniel Young passed away in 1824.
Leah Young married Henry Holdaway [aka Holdway] in 1825 in Longparish.[4]
In 1841 Lear Holdway (age 40-44) lived at Gavel Acre Cottage in Longparish with her husband Henry (40-44) and five daughters: Harriet (13), Mary (8), Eliza (6), Elizabeth (3), and Sarah (1).[5]
In 1851 Leah Holoway (age 52) lived in Longparish with her husband Henry (52, Ag Labourer) and four daughters: Mary Ann (19, Ag Labourer), Eliza (16, Ag Labourer), Elizabeth (13), and Sarahe (11).[6]
Leah Holdaway passed away in 1855, aged 56 years. Her death was registered in Andover, Hampshire in the second quarter of the year.[7]
