Georg Friedrich Naasz was born on May 1, 1825 in the village of Bergdorf in the Glückstal district of the Odessa area and Black Sea region of South Russia to Georg Friedrich Naasz and Elisabeth Catharina (Schaible) Naasz. He was the second of his father's 3 children and second of his mother's 9 children.[1]

On December 12, 1846, at the age of 21, Georg married Margaretha Mueller in the village of Klöstitz in the Akkermann district of the Bessarabian area and Black Sea region of South Russia.[2][1]

On July 9, 1880, at the age of 55, Georg passed away in the village of Hoffnungstal in the Akkermann district of the Bessarabian area and Black Sea region of South Russia.[1]
