Biography
Benoni Nadeau was born and baptized on 15 Aug 1856 in Sainte-Luce parish in Frenchville, Aroostook, Maine. He was the son of Agapit Nadeau and Marie Ozitée Pelletier. Godparents at Benoni's baptism were Désiré Nadeau and Magdeleine Pelletier. At age 21 Benoni married Marie-Desneiges-Denise Michaud on 25 Jul 1878 in Saint-François parish in New Brunswick, Canada.
