JB Nadeau, son of the late François Nadeau and Marguerite Forcier, and Agathe Teroux, daughter of Joseph Teroux dit Laferte and Agathe Parenteau, were married 16 Oct 1780 in the parish of Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska, Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska, Province de Québec. Present at the marriage for the groom were: Francois Nadeau and Jean Nadeau, his brothers; François Forcier, his uncle; Pierre Forcier, his cousin. Present for the bride were: Louis and Joseph Teroux, her brothers; Paul Teroux, her uncle. [1]
Baptiste Nadeau, age of about sixty-three years, died 12 Aug 1820 and was buried the following day in the cemetery of Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska, Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska, Bas-Canada. Present at the burial was Baptiste Labonté. [2]
