Biography

Helen E Nagle was born about 1905 in Pennsylvania. ^[1]

In 1910, at the age of 6, she was living in York Ward 9, York, Pennsylvania with her parents and four brothers and one sister. Her siblings were Nevin (Brother age 10), Luther (Brother age 8), Harry J (Brother age 4), Robbert C (Brother age 3), Elsie P (Sister age 2). ^[2]

Still living at home with her in 1930 census in York. She was 25 years old and working as a seamstress. Two siblings where living there: Harry (Brother age 24) and Elsie (Sister age 22). ^[1]

Research Notes

In the 1930 Census, her last name is listed as 'Nagel' instead of 'Nagle'. The 1910 Census was 'Nagle'.

In 1940 she was still single and living with her parents as 'Nogle'. 1940 US Census. Need to add this source and event.
