Elizabeth Naisbett was born in the 1770s and was recorded as of Washington, County Durham on the baptism record of several of her children.

Elizabeth married Ralph Lawson on 7 Apr 1798 at All Saints, Penshaw, County Durham[1], the bride and groom signed the register with an X, the witnesses were William Pearson, Mary Fletcher and Robert Bailey.
