Biography
Paul was born in 1957 in the Bendigo Base Hospital and is the son of Allan Nankervis and Patricia Carmel (Sullivan)
He attended St Joseph's Catholic Primary School and then Kangaroo Flat Technical School.
While all his brothers trained as motor mechanics he completed a Diploma course in Computer Science.
In 1979 he and his brother Leo bought an old Bedford van, kitted it out as a campervan and took off for a tour of Australia; working where ever they could get work.
In 1980 he met Sharryn Bolitho and they were engaged in November of 1980, marrying on October 31, 1981.
In 1980 Paul also started work in the Computer Centre at La Trobe University in Bundoora, a northern suburb of Melbourne, Victoria.
In 1981he completed a conversion of his Diploma to a Degree in Computer Science.
He stayed at LaTrobe University for about 17 years before being offered a role at IBM in Ballarat. After 10 years with IBM Paul left for a Cyber Security role with the National Australia Bank (NAB).
