Edmond L. Napier was born on March 10, 1826 in Perry County, Kentucky, United States, son of McCager Micajah Napier (1792–1882) and Leannah Lewis (1798–1865).
Edmond died on February 14, 1911 in Perry County, aged 84. He was buried in Napier Cemetery, Krypton, Perry County, Kentucky.[1]
