Biography
Leroy was born about 1818. He was the son of Thomas Napier and Rebecca Gordon. He passed away about 1887.
From FamilySearch.com: In the early 1850s, Lewis Leroy Wiley Napier along with his father-in-law, Jesse Lane Jr, went to Hunt County, TX and received a land grant. Soon LW moved his family from GA to TX. Along the way they passed through Missouri where daughter Florida was born., Hunt County, Texas, USA.:
Texas GLO records shows a 3rd class cert. in Hunt Co to L. W. Napier. The records also include a 3rd class Cert in Hunt Co. for Jesse Lane.
