Biography
Rosheen was born about 1917. She is the daughter of William Napier and Rosa Ralph. [1]
Rosheen's parents were domiciled in Auckland, New Zealand at the time of their marriage in 1915 - at the first part of WWI. Her father Esmonde was in the New Zealand Military and also a Law Clerk in Civilian Life. It appears there was a desire by Rosheen's parents to move to England, but this was declined by the New Zealand Military. Regardless, Rosheen was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1917. At that time, her father would have been serving in France.
