Rene married Winifred Champion, widow of Thomas Hudnall of Prince William Co., Virginia about 1740.
Rene Napier wrote his will 30 October 1750 and it was proved 19 November 1751 in Goochland County, Virginia.[1]The legatees and executors named in his will are: legatees: sons John, Rene, and Champion, daughter Clare Napier, daughter Mary Napier, wife Wene. Brother Patrick Napier, Mr. Benjamin Woodson, Cousin Bouth Woodson and testators wife executors.[2]
