Biography

Charles was born in 1909, the son of Charles Napper and Gwendoline Hodgkinson.[1]

He married Margaret Bell in 1934.[2]

He passed away in 1990[3] and was buried in Andersons Bay Cemetery, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand.[4]
