Biography

Joseph was born in 1848^[1]. According to the Victorian Death Index he is the son of Charles and Sarah (nee Mundel) Nash. The Tasmanian birth register has the spelling "Munday". Records for other siblings alternate between "Mundy" or "Munday" but not Monday or Mundel.

He married Susan Woods in 1870^[2].

He died in 1911^[3], at Melbourne^[4].

He was buried on 18 April 1911 in the Melbourne General Cemetery, Carlton^[5].
