DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with James by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with James:

Nash-6497 and Nash-1176 appear to represent the same person because: Birth / death information identical. Father information identical (although reference different profiles for fathers, probably also duplicates).

Could this be the same person as https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Nash-6497 as sons (Arthur) are duplicates of each other, merge pending?
