Mount Kisco NY Recorder 1886-1887 MRS. LUCINDA TODD. Mrs. Todd, whose death occurred on Tuesday, May 3rd, at the residence of Mrs. Leonard Todd, near Cross River, was the widow of the late Jonah Todd. She was the daughter of Joseph Nash, of South Salem, and was born Feb. 17th, 1799. Her whole life was spent near the place of her death, and for more than half a century she was a member of the South Salem Presbyterian Church. For several years, she has been an invalid, her mental faculties having become seriously impaired. Of five children, only one survives her, Cyrus Todd, of Cross River. The funeral service was held at her late residence, on Friday, May 1st, at 1 o'clock, Rev. J. H. Eastman, of Katonah, officiating, and the interment was in the family ground near Mr. Geo. Todd's.
She died intestate; residence was Lewisboro; file # 388; Liber R; page 17. 06-06-1887 papers filed.
