After Laura's death he remarried to Mary Elizabeth 'Bettie' Higgins (1866–) on April 29, 1884[2] and they had 3 children:

Ethel W. (1890–1905)
Perry married last to Mollie E. LNU (1873-aft.1920[3]) about April of 1910; he was her second husband. He died on April 16, 1918, in Laclede, Missouri,[4] at the age of 56, and was buried in Morgan, Missouri.[5]
