Biography

Charlotte Neal was born on September 21, 1851 in Port Hope, Ontario. She is the daughter of Joseph Neal and Elizabeth..... She married Robert Mosher a widower on May 24, 1872 in the Town of Peterboro, Ontario. She is living in Lakefield, Ontatio at the time of marriage. Benjamin Neal is one of the witnesses. She dies on March 31, 1904 of pneumonia only 9 days after her husband Robert dies of pneumonia.
