Biography
Jacob was born in 1853. He was the son of George Neale and Jane -----. He passed away in 1936.[1]
On the 1861 census, Richard Neale and his wife Maria were living at Stone Lane Road in Smallburgh, Norfolk. Also in the household were their children Richard aged 17, Julia aged 14, George S aged 11, Jacob B. aged 8 and Emma aged 5. They were all born at Ashmanhaugh except Maria who was born at Smallburgh. Both Richard's and George were Agricultural Labourers. [2]
