There seems to have been a single Edward O'Neil (with a variety of spellings) in Harbour Grace at this time. He was married to Elizabeth, and had a number of children between the years of 1863 and 1876. It is very likely this Elizabeth is his daughter, although there are no birth records. Her name was variously spelled O'Neil and Neale.

If you look for someone called "Elizabeth Neal", "Elizabeth Neil" will turn up in the list, but "Elizabeth NeilO'Neal Neale" won't.
I can't edit "Last name at birth", because you're the profile manager. It would be helpful, though, if you changed it to "Neil", or "O'Neil".
Cheers!

You can add variant spellings to the section "other last names", where they will turn up as "aka" on the profile. It's probably enough, though, just to note in the biography that the name was sometimes spelled "O'Neale, O'Neil, Neale, and Neil"
Cheers! Brad
