Biography
Sarah was born in 1844. She is the daughter of John Mason Neale and Sarah Webster. [1][2]
In 1869, she married Charles Phelps in Hastings.[3]
In 1871, she is living with her husband and their brand new daughter, Margaret in Clapham.[4]
She died in 1876 in Eastbourne.[5]

The Family Search transcription of the 1861 census is incorrect and repeats the second names of all of this family. The actual census form has "ditto" for the surnames which the transcriber has misinterpreted!
