Biography
Beatrice was born in Onalamutu, Marlborough in 1873.[1][2] She was the daughter of John Neame and Matilda (Lodge) Neame
She married George Bonnington in 1892.[3] [4]
They had nine children:
- Edith Isabella Fleetwood (Bonnington) Pollard (1892-1968)
- Francis John Pavey Bonnington (1895-1970)
- Martha (Bonnington) Rowe (1897-1928)
- Hazel Maude (Bonnington) Gardiner (1900-abt.1977)
- Stanley George Lewis Bonnington (1901-1965)
- Lilian Mary Bonnington (1902-1903)
- Joseph Henry Bonnington (1904-1961)
- Elizabeth Elvina May (Bonnington) Clemett (1905-1964)
- Alice Ellen (Bonnington) Smith (1907-1972)
Beatrice passed away 1908, aged 36, [5] and is buried in Wairau Valley Community Churchyard. [6]
