Clara /NEEDLE/^[1] was born about 1875 probably in Armstrong Co., Pennslyvania where she and her parents and siblings were enumerated in 1880.^[2]

She married first about 1898 Harry Barber by whom she had:

• George D Barber, b abt 1899 Pennsylvnia.

She was enumerated as widowed in 1900, living with her parents in Parker, Armstrong, Pennsylvania.^[3]

She married second about 1909 Arthur Burton Troutner. In 1910, they lived in Parker, Amstrong, Pennsylvania.^[4]
