Biography
Arthur was born about 1862. He is the son of Thomas Neighbour.[1]
In 1881 he was working as a waggoner in the Daniel Brassington household in Pembridge.[2]
In 1911 he was living in Hereford with his wife and children and working as a police constable.[3]
He passed away in 1947 in Hereford, Herefordshire, England.[4]
