Jane Neil was born in 1858 in Baldina, South Australia, Australia [1]
She married Alexander Forrest in 1876 in Kooringa (Burra), in her father's home[2] and they were the parents of Robert Summers, David Summers, Alexander Summers, William Summers, Janet Forrest Summers, Victor George Summers and Lucretia Summers.
Jane died on 8 August 1933 in Forest Gardens (now Forestville)[3] and was buried in the West Terrace Cemetery, Adelaide on 9 August[4][5].
